3.Visit the website

During each visit to our website, certain information, mainly technical, is inevitable, which may, under certain circumstances, be classified as personal in law. This information includes the IP address, device identification data, browser properties, operating system data, language settings, referring URLs, duration of the visit and pages visited.

When using this information, we do not draw any conclusions about the users. However, we need this information in order to properly present the content on our website and to provide law enforcement authorities with the information necessary to prosecute in the event of a cyber attack.

Further statistical evaluations of the data collected in this way can only be carried out after the removal of any individual reference.

Our rights to do so is based, on the one hand, on our legitimate interest in operating the website (Art.6 (1) (f) GDPR). On the other hand, with regard to the use of data for the purpose of transfer to law enforcement authorities, our powers are based on the obligation to provide information to law enforcement authorities in the event of a cyber-attack (Art.6 (1) (c) GDPR) – for the period provided for in these provisions (generally 5 years from the end of the year in which the event for which the data was collected occurred).

The transfer of data to other parties only involves our hosting provider who manages the website on behalf of Pangea Tech.

We plan to store the above personal data for a period provided for in these provisions.

We do not intend to transfer data to third countries outside the European Economic Area.

4.Google Fonts

We use external fonts obtained from Google Fonts on this website. Google Fonts is a service provided by Google. Font integration is done through a server connection, usually a Google server in the United States. In this way, data on which of our websites the user has visited is transferred to the server. In addition, Google stores the browser IP address on the visitor’s end device.

The purpose of the Google Fonts component is to fulfill our legitimate interest in presenting our website in the selected layout (Art.6 (1) (f) GDPR).

The user may at any time prevent the creation of an automatic connection by appropriate settings of the web browser used. You will still be able to use our website without the Google Fonts component.

We do not store any person-related information within Google Fonts.

We do not provide personal data to other parties.

6.Contact form

We provide users with a contact form that can be used voluntarily. It is not necessary to use the form to be able to use our website. If the user uses the contact form, we will store his name, e-mail address and the content of the message. We will use this data to answer your query. By processing this type of data, we pursue our legitimate interest in responding to user inquiries and providing any additional clarifications (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR). In addition, we are required to keep records on the basis of economic and tax law (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR).

The data is transferred to our hosting provider who manages our website on our behalf.

Pursuant to the provisions of Art. 15-20 GDPR, the user has the right to request information about his stored personal data. The User also has the right to request the rectification of his personal data, their removal or limitation of their processing.

With regard to the processing of your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest, you may object to the processing of your personal data at any time for reasons arising from your personal situation (Article 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation).

In addition, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the regulatory authority if, in his opinion, the processing of personal data violates applicable data protection law-  President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
